Nokia has finally announced that it will be scrapping off its famous gaming platform, N-Gage. Nokia says that the Ovi Store is accessible to over 100 Nokia phones and has famous, in demand games like The Sims3 and Pacman which existing N-Gage gamers would be grateful for having. The Ovi Store also supports non smart devices - unlike the N-Gage which was compatible with a select few handsets.

Mobile gaming is one of the most popular activities in the Ovi Store, with games being the #2 most downloaded category for premium content.
